Terms and Conditions

Customer: The person who views this website and/or purchases Lucy Renshaw goods/products.

Contract: The contract between Lucy Renshaw and the Customer.

Lucy Renshaw reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Description of goods

Images and descriptions on www.lucyrenshaw.com are as accurate as possible. However as many of the items are one-off and hand-made using reclaimed materials products can vary from those shown.

PAT Testing: All electrical goods have been PAT tested by a qualified electrician. Lucy Renshaw holds certificates for each item tested.

Payment
All prices shown on www.lucyrenshaw.com are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). These prices may vary slightly from other stockists.

All online payments are processed by PayPal. Lucy Renshaw does not store any of your credit card details on the website.

Lucy Renshaw also accepts cheques. If this is your preferred method of payment, please send your order by email to info@lucyrenshaw.com, posting your cheque to:

All cheques must be made payable to Lucy Renshaw with your cheque card guarantee number on the reverse.

Payment must be received from the Customer in full before despatch of goods, unless otherwise agreed with Lucy Renshaw.

Lead time:
All goods are sold subject to availability.

Bespoke items are handmade to order and can take up to 6 weeks to produce, pending quantity. If in doubt or if your order is urgent please email info@lucyrenshaw.com

Delivery
Delivery charges will be added to the Customer’s order total, or as quoted. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail post or a registered courier.

Lucy Renshaw will never knowingly dispatch damaged or faulty products. Should you receive goods that have been damaged in transit please deal with the carrier where possible. Retain all relevant information and never sign for a damaged package unless you clearly state, on the delivery note, the condition it has arrived in.

Damage to goods during transit should be notified to Lucy Renshaw within 48 hours receipt of delivery.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer and the Customer must ensure that address details which they provide are accurate. Lucy Renshaw cannot be held responsible for lost working time or any associated costs in the unlikely event of a delivery being delayed, incorrect, damaged or faulty.

Returns
No goods can be returned without prior arrangement. Refunds are strictly limited to the replacement of faulty goods.

Sale of Goods
All Products are believed by Lucy Renshaw to be of a quality suitable for the purpose for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to Lucy Renshaw immediately.

The liability of Lucy Renshaw will not exceed the value of the products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

Duties & taxes
The Customer is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country. Lucy Renshaw accepts no responsibility for any delay in clearing the products at customs.

Law
Any contract between Lucy Renshaw and the Customer will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
